From Regional Growth to New Demands: How Hormetal is Positioning for the Future

The company strengthened its footprint across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay by expanding production capacity, increasing logistics activity, and implementing technological advancements

Hormetal Closes 2025 with Sustained Growth and Enhanced Regional Integration

Hormetal is closing out 2025 with sustained growth across all three of its operating countries, driven by a deeper integration of its production processes. This strategic alignment has enabled the firm to meet the surging demand in the logistics sector while taking on projects of increasing technical complexity. Operating under a turnkey model, the company consolidated a more cohesive regional structure this year, as the industrial construction sector undergoes a period of rapid modernization.

A key milestone was the launch of its industrial plant and technical office in Paraguay, dedicated to manufacturing full-web steel structures to international standards. This added capacity not only scales production but also enhances competitiveness in neighboring markets. The company maintains that this framework will strengthen regional supply chains heading into 2026—a concept gaining significant traction in infrastructure project planning.

In Uruguay, Hormetal celebrated 15 years of operations with its highest revenue since entering the country. This milestone was bolstered by significant investments in machinery, the partial renewal of its electric vehicle fleet, and the implementation of process-optimization technologies. In a market that prioritizes energy efficiency and project traceability, the firm reinforced its commitment to construction systems that reduce lead times without compromising quality.

Expanding Logistics Footprint in Argentina

In Argentina, the logistics segment has once again become the core of the company’s activity, with 80% of current projects consisting of logistics centers and warehouses designed for freight and goods movement. This trend is driven by the expansion of e-commerce, the need for shorter delivery windows, and a push for greater operational efficiency. Throughout 2025, Hormetal also participated in key industry events like Expo Real Estate and Management Logístico, where discussions focused on technological integration and the demand for flexible, scalable infrastructure.

“We are growing because we invest in technology, production integration, and the training of our people. The industrial and logistics markets will continue to demand high-quality infrastructure and increasingly aggressive construction timelines. Our 2026 strategy is focused on meeting those needs across the region,” stated Franco Celesia, Commercial Manager. This outlook aligns with broader industry trends: a rise in industrialized construction, the widespread use of high-precision leveling and measurement tools, and the advancement of sustainability standards driven by regional clients and international certifications.

Looking ahead to next year, the company has identified four core pillars: the consolidation of industrialized models with greater plant integration, the application of technology at every stage of construction, the increasing weight of sustainability—including electric fleets and energy-efficient solutions—and the deepening of regional sourcing through the complementary partnership between Argentina and Paraguay. These pillars are already evident in recent projects and, according to industry estimates, will become the standard operating procedure for leading firms in the sector.

With over 54 million square feet (5,000,000 m²) built across Latin America and more than 500 completed projects, Hormetal anticipates a 2026 marked by new investments, specialized job creation, and increased on-site technological integration. In a landscape where supply chains demand shorter lead times and more predictable processes, the company is committed to consolidating its regional presence and maintaining its focus on high-standard industrial and logistics solutions.
